Recently,people registered with a popular job site received email about the jobs in Wipro & for which a payment of Rs.4000 must be deposited in the given account.Wipro technologies has warned job-seekers not to believe such mailers, since the company does not collect any payment for conducting Interview ,as mentioned in the mail.
How does the email look like –
* The email would have been sent from some free email like Yahoo,Gmail etc., rather from the official Wipro email .
* It also mentions Noida as the interview location but Wipro does not have office in Noida.
* They demand a payment of Rs.4670 to be deposited into a bank account.
* The mail also has the Wipro logo & letterhead
Wipro has clarified that they do not charge any payment for the purpose of Interview and are in the process of lodging a complaint with the police on those responsible for organizing such frauds.
So,we take this opportunity to alert our readers of such frauds, that are practiced keeping in mind the large number of job seekers & not to fall prey to these fraudsters.
