Union Bank of India Starts Recruitment of 450 Officers

Post – Vacancies: Credit Officer (scale III) – 450 positions

Important dates: Online applications – 12.09.2011 to 1.10.2011

Written Test – 13.11.2011

Eligibility conditions for credit officer jobs in Union bank of India,

* Age of 21 – 40 yrs, as on 12.09.2011

* Graduation with 60% in final year.CA/ ICWA/ CS after 12th) also eligible

* Certificate in computer awareness & office automation from a training institute (not for those with computers  as subject in UG/ PG level)

* Must have atleast 5yrs of exp.,as officer in banks (scale II or above)

Selection process may be through a written test.In such case, it is necessary for candidates to get qualified in each objective exam paper, apart from securing 40% aggregate marks in total.

Also remember that only those scoring above the cut-off (will be fixed by the bank, depending on performance) would be called for Interview/ Group discussion in the ratio of 1:3 for final selection.Interview process requires you to garner atleast 50% marks.

The Application fee of Rs.300 for Gen/OBC [Rs.50 for others] must be paid at any branch of Union bank of India using the payment challan given at the bank webpage before Oct 1.

After paying the fees & obtaining the receipt, you can proceed to register the application online through www.unionbankofindia.co.in.The printout of the generated filled-in form should be preserved carefully for future reference.
