The banking job space is buzzing with activity this week.While some banks called for clerical cadre recruitments, the news of PO results are most expected.Inline with the events, Dena bank has completed its probationary officer recruitment by putting up their list today.
It is well known that PO, clerk & specialist officer vacancies in public sector banks are being filled with candidates qualifying in IBPS common written exam.18622 PO jobs have been advertised till now & many are in the final leg of completion.(see list of bank po jobs & their cutoffs)
About Dena bank`s PO recruitment exercise,
- 500 vacancies were notified in March/April 2012.
- Interview process was held in 10 major cities from May 21 – 27, 2012
- 5000 applicants (approx.) were shortlisted according to their TWS scores for interviews.
Dena bank final results
The final list consists of 500 candidates who are found fit by the bank for appointment. Though their names are not published, you can search through roll nos. by downing the file from their site here
The appointment letter containing details of joining, reporting time, location etc shall be sent to these selected people individually (most probably through post)
The interview part carried 100 marks & only those securing atleast 40% could qualify for the final merit list.
Probation/Bond:
If you are one among the chosen 500 PO`s, you will have to sign a bond at the time of joining the bank.While probationary period is 2 yrs, the bond is for officers to stay with dena bank for minimum 3 years.
In case of quitting service before the end of 3 years (including probation) he/she has to pay Rs.1.5 lakhs to the bank.
