Tamilnadu State Apex Co-Operative Bank that directly comes under the control of Tamilnadu cooperative union has announced recruitment of assistants.The hiring is conducted to fill vacant positions in different societies by TN state recruitment bureau for cooperatives located at Chennai.
Since co-operative banks do no participate in IBPS CWE platform, its not necessary for applicants to have appeared in the common written exam for bank jobs.Anyone who complies with the given criteria can send their applications.

Who are eligible:
Although IBPS exam scores are not required, applicants are to fulfil the below eligibility conditions,
- Agelimit : 18 – 30 yrs as on 1.1.2012 (+2yrs for OBC, +5 yrs for SC/ST)
- Should have completed graduation (3yrs) in any degree
- Must have passed in Tamil language paper I/ II in std.XII or matric
The selection process consists of written test for 100 marks (120 mins) in the following subjects – General knowledge, Basic maths, Co-operative law & banking.
Based on your scores in the exam & category, candidates shall be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:2 for personal interviews.The final selection would be made considering your total scores.
There is no application fee for SC/ST candidates, while others are to pay Rs.250 by way of DD (demand draft) favouring State Recruitment Bureau, Chennai -10 & payable at Chennai.
