Selected candidates are paid salary in the payscale of Rs.50,000 – Rs.1,60,000 during the 1st year (training period).On successful completion of training & passing the test, you will be placed in E3 grade with payscale of Rs.60,000 – Rs.1,80,000.
Those who are successfully appointed as Management Trainees are required to sign a service bond/ agreement of Rs.3 lakhs agreeing to serve the company for a minimum period of 60 months (5 years).

Who are Eligible?
Inorder to apply for coal india management trainee recruitment 2022, applicants need to posses the following eligibility conditions:
- Age not more than 30 years for General category as on May 31, 2022 (+3 yrs for OBC, +5 yrs for SC/ ST)
- Mining, Civil, Electronics & Telecom: Must have completed degree with 60% marks in BE/ BTech/ BSc (engg) (55% for SC/ST/PWD)
- Systems/ EDP: BE/ BTech/ B.Sc (engg) in Computer science / Computer engg / IT or MCA with minimum 60% marks
- Should have appeared and passed in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE – 2022). GATE – 2021
Those who are appearing for final year/ semester examination in the academic year 2021-22 can also apply for this Coal India management trainee recruitment but should submit the final pass results by 31.08.2022, else their selection will be cancelled.
Selection Procedure:
As per Coal India MT recruitment 2022, the selection process involves shortlisting of candidates based on the GATE-2022 scores in the ratio of 1:3.The final list of selected candidates will be uploaded onto CIL website, who shall then be called for Documents Verification (DV) & Initial Medical Examination (IME).
Registrations & Application
The application fee of Rs.1180 (GEN/ OBC) should be paid at the time of online registration on www.coalindia.in through online mode i.e. Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking etc., only. All SC/ ST/ PWD candidates/ Employees of Coal India Limited & its subsidiaries are exempted from paying the registration fees.
After submitting the online application form, make sure to take a print of the generated form & payment acknowledgement slip for future reference.
