Coal India 1300 Management Trainees Recruitment: Admit Cards Out

For all those who had applied for Coal India recruitment 2017 to recruit 1300 Management Trainee posts, here is an important news.CIL has activated the link to download admit cards for the written examination to be held on March 26, 2017.All candidates who had applied successfully must carry the coal india admit card to the exam hall without which entry will be prohibited.

Coal India Limited (CIL), a public sector undertaking by Govt of India is the single largest coal producing company in the world.

They had released a notification to fill 1319 management trainee jobs in various disciplines such as Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, Finance/ Accounts, HR etc.,

The online written exam of CIL MT exam is scheduled to happen on March 26, 2017.

Applicants can now download their admit cards/ call letters from the official website, as the links have been activated very recently.

– Choose the appropriate link to download the call letter.

– Take a print of the generated form & carry it to the exam venue without fail.

CIL MT 2017: Exam Process

The online examination for coal india management trainees consists of two papers – Paper I & Paper II for a total duration of 3 hours.

Paper I: It consists of questions from General knowledge, Reasoning, Numerical ability & General english.

Paper II: Professional knowledge (based on your individual discipline)  

Combining both papers, there would be a total of 100 objective type questions, each carrying 1 mark.There is no negative mark for wrong answers.

It is necessary for candidates to secure the minimum cutoffs in each paper, which is 40 marks (general), 35 for OBC & 30 for SC, ST & PWD category.

Candidates are shortlisted for personal interview, based on the performance in written test as per the ratio of 1:3 (3 candidates for 1 vacancy).The final selection would be based on the combined merit of online test & personal interview.
