Dena Bank has finally come out with its recruitment of specialist officers project.The bank started in the year 1938 was nationalized in 1969 making it a public seector bank.With branch presence across length & breadth of the country, its head office is located at Mumbai, Maharashtra state.

 

This hiring notice has come out after a long time & at the last leg.But dena bank has thrown open its doors for those without cwe scorecards as well.

Who are Eligible?

Individuals qualified in IBPS specialist officers CWE 2012 can apply for the first set of positions if they posses the following scores

 

 

For vacancies that does not require passing ibps exams, here are the eligibility conditions:

 

Officer (Credit)

• Age to be minimum 20 years & max.35yrs as on 1.1.2013
• Must have completed CA/ CIFA/ MBA (finance)/ MCom/ PG diploma (fin.) from a recognized university.

Officer (Forex)

• Agelimit as above
• 55% in graduation & MBA or PG diploma in International busines/ finance as on Jan 1.

All recruited officers should have to execute bond agreeing to work with the bank for min. 3 yrs.Incase of quitting service, Rs.1.50 lakh has to be paid.

 

Selection Process:

Candidates applying with CWE marks shall be directly shortlisted for personal interviews as per cutoffs fixed by the bank. 

Those coming in through open competition will have to appear for written test (objective type) that may be conducted online or offline.

It consists of 200 questions carrying 200 marks (120 mins) in the following papers:

• Quantitative aptitude, Reasoning, English & Professional Knowledge

Based on the minimum qualifying marks, applicants would be called for interviews in the ratio of 1:4

How to Apply:

Fee of Rs.100 or Rs.20 (SC/ST) should be paid at any Dena bank branch or via NEFT on or before Feb 4.

 

If you choose to apply for the written exams – Rs.400 & Rs.50 (sc/st) should be paid.

On successful payment – remember to collect the receipt from branch & enter those details in the online application at www.denabank.com

Dena Bank 500 PO Recruitment - Interview Cutoffs Released

Dena Bank has added buzz to this weekend by coming out with its interview schedule for recruitment of Probationary officers.Ever since the IBPS CWE came into effect, public banks have started to follow a different selection procedure.With no new notifications for PO`s, applicants who had submitted their applications previously were eagerly awaiting results & Dena bank has arrived within 30 days!

 

The online registrations for 500 PO vacancies in Dena bank closed on April 12.As per the notice, those with the following IBPS CWE score were eligible to apply.

• minimum of 130 for general category & 125 for others

What`s the Cutoff

Based on the no. of application received, cutoffs have been fixed by following the minimum ratio of 1:4 [1:5 for reserved cat.] The category wise TWS scores are

Results:

About the Interview

Personal Interviews are scheduled for 1 week (May 21 – 27, 2012) across 10 major cities only & those from nearby towns must travel to their allotted centre.Further info about the venues can be had from here

The interview process carries 100 marks & candidates have to secure atleast 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC) to qualify for final selection.

Recruited officers must execute a bond agreeing to serve the bank for 3 years or pay 1.50 lakh incase of quitting.

Eligibility

All the below conditions & qualifications should be as on 1.07.2011

Selection:

Probation

Those offered appointment as PO will be on probation for 2 years.The candidates should execute a bond to be with the bank for atleast 3 years (including probationary period) or pay Rs.1.5 lakh if deciding to quit before specified time.
