Andhra Bank Manipal PO Recruitment 2015 – Assured Job & PG Diploma

Andhra Bank and Manipal Global Education Services have come together for PO recruitment through the Andhra Bank Manipal School of Banking 2015-16 project.Eligible candidates are selected through a selection process and trained in skills required for working in a bank.On completion, they are appointed in by Andhra Bank as Officers.

The is very similar to ICICI bank PO recruitment programme & Baroda Manipal PO recruitment but there is a difference:

To apply for this Andhra Bank Manipal PO recruitment, IBPS scores are NOT needed.

So all candidates including those who could not qualify in earlier IBPS bank exams are also eligible to apply.

Online application registrations – November 17  to December 1, 2015

Written Exam to be conducted on December 27, 2015

Vacancies:

Probationary Officer (scale I):  200 seats [GEN – 101, OBC – 54, SC – 30, ST – 15]

The joining shall be mostly in the year 2016-17

Who are Eligible:

If you are looking to apply for this Andhra bank recruitment 2015-16, the following eligibility conditions must be fulfilled,

• Age to be within 20 – 28 yrs (+3 yrs for obc & +5 yrs for sc/st), as on Sep 1, 2015
• Should have completed degree from a recognized university.
• Final year/semester students are not eligible to apply.

Apart from the above conditions, there isn’t anything specifically mentioned by the bank.

Selection Process:

All eligible applicants must appear for a written exam to be held on December 27, 2015. It will be an online test for 2 hours.

There will be cutoffs for each test & also on the total score.Therefore candidates must obtain these minimum marks to qualify in written test & proceed to Personal Interview.

Become PO in Andhra Bank:

Candidates selected in this manner will undergo 9 month classroom training at Manipal university,Bangalore followed by a 3 month internship at any branch of Andhra bank.

On completion of 12 months training, the trainees shall be awarded Post graduate diploma in banking & finance along with their appointment letter to work as PO in Andhra bank.The total emoluments would be approx. Rs.6.56 lakhs /year.

The cost of undergoing this course if Rs.3.50 lacs which can be paid by availing a loan  from Andhra bank.

• The EMIs for education loan will be deducted from your salary only after you get appointment.
• The repayment will continue for a period of 5 years.

After 5 years, the bank will consider to refund the entire loan amount + interest in annual installments from the end of 5th year as loyalty bonus.
