A scale I officer draws an approx. salary of Rs.11.63 lakhs/ year & it is Rs.15.09 lakhs & Rs.18.32 lacs for scale II & III posts which also includes all the allowances & benefits. Therefore your take home salary could be much lower than quoted.
Job location: Selected candidates are most likely to be posted at Mumbai.

The selection of candidates will be on the basis of online test and interview. The test will be conducted tentatively on 25.11.2016 (Post No. 1 to 4).
The online written test pattern for System Officer, Developers, Test Lead ,Tester & Statistician is given below:
There will be separate cutoffs for each test which you need to secure inorder to get shortlisted for the Interview stage.
Selections for contract posts: The contractual positions are little different as there is no written examinations.Final selection is based on the scores obtained in interview only.
Candidates applying for post no. 5 to 32 (in notification) need to send their computer generated hard copy of application duly signed & pasted with their recent photographs along with relevant documents.
Applicants for Assistant Manager (system), Developer, Test lead, Tester, Manager (Statistician) & Asst. Manager (Statistician) are NOT required to send application copies.
The application fee of Rs.600 & Rs.100 (SC/ST) should be paid online at the time of registering your application only through www.statebankofindia.com or sbi.co.in.
