Eligibility –Those looking to apply for trainee jobs in BHEL,
* Not be above 27yrs of age, as on 1.08.2011 (see notice for relaxation)
for Engineer Trainee: Degree in Engg. or Tech. (fulltime) in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics with aggregate 65% marks.
for Supervisor Trainee: Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Civil engg. (fulltime) with 65% marks aggregate.

Selection procedure consists of Written test & Interview for both ET & ST posts. Candidates would be shortlisted for Interview in the ratio of 1:3 ie.around 3000 for ET & 3600 for ST, based on the marks in objective written test.Detailed analysis of BHEL exam pattern will be posted here soon.

Fees of Rs.500 (ET) or Rs.300(ST/Officer) has to be paid through the given challan at any SBI branch & obtain a copy of receipt (no application fee for SC/ST).The online application at /careers.bhel.in has to be submitted & a printout of the generated slip along with the payment receipt should be sent to the given address by August 24,2011
