The recruitment for clerk jobs in Indian banks are over & its time for the younger generation to enter the banking sector as clerks.Once IBPS completed allotting seats among passouts – clerical common selection process qualifiers were eagerly awaiting for reporting dates.
For clerk CWE 2012 passouts 39000 vacancies across 19 public sector banks were announced & candidates registered their preferences in the month of April 2013.
IBPS automatically allotted candidates to banks based on merit & their order of choices.These result were then communicated to successful individuals via SMS.

Who`s Calling?
Although institute had posted the clerk results, participating banks should take a call on completing the necessary formalities.
Once the data of allotment is sent to these participants they prepare a list of allotted candidates, finalize reporting & joining dates which are then uploaded on their respective websites.

Eventhough candidates might have completed document verification during common interview stage, it will be verified once again by each bank.You would be issued appointment letters only after confirming your eligibility through this procedure.
So remember to carry all the original documents, certificates, marksheets & other proofs along with copies on the date your asked to report.
I Have`nt Received Any Mail.What To Do?
This is a question commonly asked by those who received allotment SMS from IBPS.If you are worried over not receiving any intimation from your allotted bank, read this:
| Be patient.IBPS may have released results & sent SMS for all candidates on the same day but don’t expect all 19 banks to issue appointment letters in 1 single day.They could take few weeks to finalize the dates & start inducting candidates in batches. |
Banks are also uploading the list of candidates selected for clerk vacancies, on their 
website.So there is no reason for you to fear over non-receipt of emails.
