As usual, quants were time consuming. Its better to attend only those questions that you are very sure about answering.

General Awareness:

Unlike bank exams, where banking awareness questions would be given - the title of this section is ‘General Knowledge, Current affairs test’.

So there were many questions from current affairs & few sessions even had budget related questions (exam was held in march)

For all those who were following the daily events & current affairs, this section was easy to moderate.

Computer Knowledge:

It was the easiest among all the other sections in the test. There were only expected questions which most could answer correctly.

Candidates easily attempted 25 out of 30 questions.

English Language:

In LIC AAO exam, English language is only for qualifying purpose & marks wont be taken for final ranking. But you need to qualify & score the necessary cutoffs.

English section has been easy to moderate type only in previous year tests.Cloze test, Comprehension passage, Jumble Sentence, Error spotting, Fill in the blanks, Idioms & Phrases were asked.
