The NICL AO recruitment 2017 prelims results and cutoffs have been released on their official website, nationalinsuranceindia.nic.co.in. Candidates who had passed in phase I (preliminary exam) held in June 2017 are eligible to appear for phase II (main exam).With the results out, the NICL AO prelims cutoffs are also declared now.
The NICL AO recruitment 2017 notification was announced to recruit 205 administrative officers in scale I cadre.
As part of the selection process for NICL AO recruitment, candidates must appear for Phase I (prelims) and Phase II (mains) examination to get shortlisted into the final merit list.
NICL AO Prelims 2017: 3280 Qualify
The NICL AO preliminary examinations were held on June 3 & 4 in multiple shifts across various centres in India.
The prelims was an online objective test for 100 marks consisting of 100 questions from 3 sections – English language, Reasoning and Numerical ability.

As we can see, the NICL AO prelims cutoffs on total scores are quite high compared to IBPS, banking & insurance exams.It just shows the increasing level of competition for such public sector job recruitments.
NICL Mains on July 2; Download Call letters
The NICL AO main examination will be conducted on July 2.
Candidates who are shortlisted in phase I (prelims) will be able to download the call letters for phase II (mains) from June 22, says the official statement on the website.
The main examination will consist of 200 questions under 5 different sections for a total of 250 marks.Candidates qualifying in the online main examination will be shortlisted for regional language test, followed by final selection.
