SSC CGL 2017 Tier I Exams Postponed | New Dates are Here

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has postponed the dates of Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam 2017.An official notification regarding the change of dates is published on their website, ssc.nic.in according to which, the examinations will start from August 5 onwards.

SSC had invited online applications in the month of May, from candidates for the recruitment of various posts in central govt departments and ministries in group B,C and D cadre.

As part of the SSC CGL selection process, all applicants need to appear for the Tier I examination, which was scheduled to happen from August 1 to 20, 2017.

But, according to the recent change of events, the statement from SSC states, “..the Commission would now be conducting the Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2017 from 5 th August, 2017 to 24th August, 2017.”

It also specifies that there will be no exams on 7th, 13th , 14th and 15th August, 2017.
