Salary of LIC Assistant: Rs.33,960 /month (approximately) plus other allowances and other benefits. The salary of LIC Assistant Manager is Rs.80,110 /month (approximately) plus other allowances and other benefits

Who can apply?
Inorder to become eligible for LIC housing finance recruitment 2022, you must fulfil certain conditions listed below:
- Aged between 21 – 28 years as on Jan 1, 2022
- For Assistants: Should have completed graduation in any UG degree with aggregate 55% marks
- For Assistant manager: Must have secured atleast 55% marks in UG degree or any PG degree
- Must posses computer skills to apply for both posts.
Those who have completed their degree through distance education/ part-time/ correspondence are not eligible to apply.
Selection Process
The selection procedure for assistants and assistant manager recruitment in LIC housing finance includes online examination and interview.
The online objective test consists of 200 multiple choice questions for 200 marks, which has to be completed in 120 minutes. There will be cutoffs on sectional cutoffs and total marks, which will be decided by LIF HFL based on the performance of candidates.
While no negative mark shall be reduced for un-attended questions, 0.25 marks will be reduced for each wrong answer in the online test.
Submit Registrations
Candidates need to follow the below steps given at www.lichousing.com inorder to submit their applications for LIC housing finance assistants recruitment 2022. An application fee of Rs.800 should be paid only through online mode using debit/ credit cards internet banking etc., after submitting the online registration form.
On successful completion of the registration, a registration number and password will be generated which should be noted without fail.
