UCO Bank 1100 PO Recruitment – Calling for Interviews!!

Apr 11, 2012 – In continuance of banks recruiting through the common written examinations, the latest to announce its interview schedule is UCO Bank.The bank had called valid IBPS exam scorecard holders to apply for Probationary officer positions.

In the month of March, UCO bank invited applications for the recruitment of 1100 PO by fixing certain eligibility conditions.The important among them were 1) 55% marks in graduation degree & 2) TWS score of 136 (gen) & 126 (others).

6000+ Called

UCO bank in its PO notice had specified,

  • Depending on no. of vacancies, candidates who have sufficiently high score in the stipulated CWE would only be called

It seems they have found the top 6000 people to be eligible for next stage of selection.

As per the huge list uploaded at the bank`s website, around 6100 candidates have been shortlisted. More detailed info like roll no., name of the person & interview dates can be viewed here 

Cutoffs have not yet been revealed making it difficult for others to deduce their chances.The cutoffs could hover around the range given below as these scorers have been the recipients of email.

165 (Gen), 168 (OBC), 159 (SC) & 143 (ST) [based on feedback from our readers, subject to change]

Hence once the bank posts its version, things could get clear.

When & Where?

Interviews are to be held at various centres across India from April 23 – 28, 2012 &

call letters should be downloaded online.The documents to carry & application reprints can be had from the link given above.

The bank has already started to send intimation emails about their selection.Infact many have been receiving these communications from monday.(Do check your spam/junk mail folders)

Final selection will be based on your performance in CWE & Interview.Also remember, a bond for 2 years must be executed at the time of joining.
