Candidates chosen through a multi-stage selection process are given training in banking domain for an year, awarded a degree by Manipal university & inducted as employees of ICICI bank.

After successful completion of the course, you are appointed as Deputy Manager in ICICI bank with a salary of approximately Rs.33,000/ month (Rs.4 lakhs/ annum)

Online registration closes on – December 31, 2017
Aptitude test to be held in February 2018 & GD/ Interviews in March / April 2018

The Aptitude Test for Batch 42 and 43 (May 2018 and August 2018 Batches) is likely to be held in February 2018 followed by Group Discussion/ Personal Interview in March 2018 for the applicants who clear the Aptitude Test

Can I Apply?

Training Fee, Degree & Placement:

Those who are finally selected will have to attend the training at ICICI Manipal Academy, Bangalore in the following timeline:

  • 6 months of intensive residential classroom & online training at ICICI Manipal Academy
  • 2 months of internship
  • 4 months of on-the-job training with the bank

The highlights of this course are,

  • Everyone entering training stage will be handed a job guarantee letter & enrolled for PG diploma in banking (PGDB) from Manipal university.
  • On completion you shall be appointed as Deputy Manager in ICICI bank drawing a salary of more than 4 lakhs/ year.

For undergoing this training, Rs.3.88 lakhs that you can pay yourself OR avail a educational loan from ICICI bank itself.

Repayment Terms: After joining the bank as deputy manger, the loan EMI (approx. Rs.6000/ month) should be paid for 60 months.It would be automatically be recovered from your salary.

If a candidate discontinues training or quits the company within 3 years after joining, they must pay the total loan amount of Rs.3,78,000 along with interest to ICICI Bank.
