Apr 13, 2012 – With bank recruitments for PO & clerk positions going simultaneously, there is some news everyday.United Bank of India has notified about the list of selections made for the Interview process to be conducted as part of appointing 450 probationary officers.
To appoint 450 PO, United bank of India had called IBPS CWE scorecard holder to submit their online registrations in the month of March 2012.Some of the minimum eligibility conditions specified then were,
- 55% in graduation (50% for SC/ST)
- TWS of 138 (Gen) & 125 (others)
High Cutoffs
The bank has shortlisted 2121 candidates for interviews & The complete list of names of candidates, roll nos. & birth date can be downloaded from the bank website here (.pdf)
Update on Apr 21: After a week, United Bank of India has released the cutoffs that were fixed to shortlist applicants.See the table below for comparison,

On expected lines, scores are high considering the limited number of PO vacancies advertised by bank.
Email intimations
By now, most people named in the UBI`s list would have received emails intimating about their selection.If you find you name in that file but have not received any communication from the bank, check your spam or junk folders as many found these mails land here.
The link to download call letters is made available but unlike other banks, United bank of India has also not shared the schedule of events.
The total marks for Interview shall be 100 & it is necessary to qualify by securing atleast 40% (35% for SC/STOBC) for find your name in the final list.
