SBI Clerk Prelims 2016 Call Letters Out | Exams from May 22

Get ready to appear for SBI clerk prelims exam as the call letter/ admit card has been released.The examination is the phase I of the selection process for the recruitment of 18000 clerks in state bank of india.Since large number of candidates had applied,the exams are to be conducted for 3 weekends starting from May 22nd.

SBI clerk recruitment 2016 released in April had advertised 18000 junior associates & junior agricultural associates.Since both positions are part of clerical cadre, state wise vacancies were created.

All those who had submitted their applications are eligible to download their exam call letter from today.

Note: All those who did not pay the application fees cannot appear for the exam nor download their call letters.

  • Enter your registration number & date of birth to enter
  • Now,save the available file to your computer.

Take a print of this call letter & paste your recent passport sized photograph in the space provided.

SBI Clerk Call Letter Instructions

There is a space in the call letter for signature.Candidates are required to sign only in the presence of the invigilator at the examination hall.So don’t put your signature before that.

Invigilators will take your left thumb impression (biometric verification) on the call letter while collecting it.Therefore, keep your fingers clean else there will be problems in taking the print.

The call letter should be handed over to the supervisor along with a photo identity proof.Make sure you have any one of the following ID proofs (original & 1 copy):

  • Passport
  • Aadhar card
  • PAN Card
  • Driving License
  • Voter’s ID
  • College ID
  • Bank Passbook with duly attested photograph

Without the ID proof, you will not be allowed to participate in the exam.Also those candidates whose identity proofs doesn’t match with the details in their call letter also wont be permitted to continue.
