Bank of India has invited applications for the recruitment of 696 officers for the year 2022.BOI, one of the leading public sector banks in India has a presence of over 3100 branches across the nation. With headquarters in Mumbai, the bank also has 29 branches in foreign countries. For this recruitment exercise 2022, the bank is hiring officers from Scale I to IV as general banking officers and specialist officers cadre.
While IBPS specialist officer exams are held for recruiting scale I general officers in govt banks, few banks have also started conducting separate selection process for specialist officers for specialized positions.

Salary:
While the regular cadre is paid as per pay-scale fixed for those scale, contract posts are offered consolidated pay without any extra allowances.

Who are Eligible to Apply?

Selection Process
Although the bank is hiring for senior & junior scales, selection for all posts will be based on online test & interview.
There will a common online test for 175 marks in general awareness, professional knowledge & English language.
While the marks secured in English will not be taken for final merit list, there is a negative mark of 0.25 for each wrong answer in all objective tests. Based on the exam marks, candidates will be shortlisted for interviews, following which the final merit list would be prepared for Interviews.
Registration Fee & Steps
All applicants are required to pay Rs.850 [Rs.175 for SC/ST/PWD] through an online payment gateway integrated with the application form. You may use Debit/Credit cards or Netbanking facility to transfer the fee amount.
The online registration link is available on bankofindia.co.in through which you can submit your applications after entering the correct details. On successful completion of registration & payment, do not forget to take a print of the e-receipt & the system generated application form for future reference.
