State Bank of India has released a unique notification for the recruitment of channel managers/ support officers on contract basis. The specialty of these posts are, they are open only for retired bank staff and not for young graduates. A total of 641 vacancies are to be filled in this manner creating an opportunity for retired bankers to contribute for SBI, the largest public sector bank in India.
Channel Manager Facilitator – They are responsible for maintaining the overall ambience of ATM/ADWM-lobbies and e-Corners along with ensuring the functioning of ATMs, ADWMs/SWAYAMs/GCC/CDKs/any other Anytime Channel products.
Channel Manager Supervisor – The key responsibility for them is to monitor the performance of Channel Manager Facilitators, vendor management, updating and verifying of ATM data details along with other regular works.
Support Officer – They are responsible for monitoring all types of anytime channel products i.e., ATMs / ADWMs / SWAYAMs / CDKs / GCC etc. They also need to generate MIS Reports, maintain the required data properly, GIS mapping, roll-outs, vendor management etc.,

Vacancies & Salary
Channel Manager Facilitator (CMF-AC) – 503 posts – Rs.36,000/- per month
Channel Manager Supervisor (CMS-AC) – 130 posts – Rs.41,000/- per month
Support Officer- (SO-AC) – 8 posts – Rs.41,000/- per month

Who are Eligible to Apply?
Candidates who wish to apply for the SBI channel managers 2022 recruitment are required to satisfy the following eligibility criteria:
- Applicant should not be between 60 to 63 years of age as on 18.05.2022
- No specific educational qualification is required for applicants.
- Those with work experience in ATM operations will be given preference.
- Must possess a smart phone and should have the skills to use laptop/ PC for monitoring as per job requirement.
Selection Process:
The selections for channel manager vacancies will be based on shortlisting and interview. Once the candidates are shortlisted, a personal interview for a total of 100 marks will be conducted, based on which the merit list shall be published for final appointment.
